Q & A With Liz...

Where do you LIVE?
I currently reside in Wheat Ridge, Colorado with my husband and our Yorkshire terrier Max and I love it! I enjoy being within walking distance of parks, lakes, shopping, restaurants and its proximity to Downtown. Wheat Ridge represents the perfect balance of suburban serenity and trendy living.  Prior to living in Wheat Ridge, we owned a 1902 Denver square home in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. I value the culture, diversity and architecture that is characteristic of Denver urban neighborhoods.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
Yes, there are many real estate “agents" to choose from but there are a few select Realtors® like myself, who adhere to a strict code of ethics and possess the skills to ensure that your real estate transaction is as seamless as possible. I pride myself in being an educator to my clients to ensure they understand every step of the transaction and feel comfortable asking questions. Additionally, I believe that every great Realtor® should be knowledgeable of the real estate market, responsive, technology savvy and should possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

What Music Is Currently In Your iPod?
My taste in music is as eclectic as my personality. My iPod includes songs by Mile Davis, Duke Ellington, Andrea Bocelli, John Legend, Metallica, Lila Downs, The Eagles, Marc Anthony, Lady Antebellum, Adele, Natalie Grant and of course some good ol' Mariachi music. Simply put, I love music!

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
I completed a triathlon and raised money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I also contribute to Susan G. Komen's Race For The Cure, The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
